HYROX is an indoor fitness race that combines 8 strength-based movements with 8 x 1km runs. It's designed for all levels from first-timers to elite athletes.
Our HYROX programming is progressive, meaning we help you build capacity over time.

Do I need to be fit before I join BOLT Fitness?

No, we meet you where you’re at.

Whether you're new to fitness, returning after time off or already training regularly, our structured sessions are scalable to all levels. We coach everyday adults, not just athletes.

What’s different about BOLT compared to other gyms?

Yes!

We offer paid HYROX intro sessions for new members and if you decide it’s not for you, we’ll refund it. No questions asked.
